Support for each season
I provide individualized behaviour support for children and hands-on support for the parents raising them, neurodivergent or not. Every service starts with getting to know your whole family and ends with a clear, practical plan you can actually use.

Best for: parents who want ongoing support without another appointment to drive to.
Virtual Group Parent Support
Coming Soon
A focused weekly session where I walk you through how behaviour actually works and how to use it at home, alongside a small circle of parents who get it. No backstory needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
My work is guided by behaviour analytic principles, which fall within the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). But the way I use them may look different from what you've heard about ABA.
My approach is neuroaffirming: your child's way of thinking, communicating and experiencing the world isn't something to fix. It's relational: connection with your child, and with you, comes first, and everything else builds on it. And it's nervous-system aware: I pay attention to when your child is regulated enough to learn, and when what they need first is support to feel safe.
Together, that means individualized support that helps your child build skills and helps your family find a way through the hard moments, without forcing compliance. Happy to talk through any questions about this on our first call.

ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) is the science of how behaviour is learned. In my practice, that means figuring out what your child is trying to communicate, teaching skills that work better for them, and making changes around them so success is easier. It's individualized, it starts with connection, and it never means forcing compliance. We'll talk through whether it's a good fit during our first call.

I work with children from 2 to 18, and with the parents and caregivers supporting them.

No. Lots of families I work with have no diagnosis at all. If the hard moments are getting in the way of family life, that's reason enough to reach out.

Many extended health plans cover services from a Registered Behaviour Analyst. My receipts include my registration number. Check your plan for "behaviour analyst" or "behaviour therapy" coverage.

I may be eligible to provide services funded through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). Whether a service or expense qualifies is determined by the OAP, not by me, so it's always a good idea to confirm with them before booking.

A phone, tablet or computer and a quiet-ish spot. Your child doesn't need to be there, though sometimes it helps if they're nearby.
-
It depends on what's going on and what you want to change. Some families come in for a few sessions to get unstuck. Others want ongoing support through a longer season. We'll talk about this at the start, and you're never locked in.
